Know who provides your warranty, how long it lasts and how to request support. For a purchase, start with product warranties. For work carried out by our team, see the repair terms below.
Our 30-day repair warranty
Unless your receipt states a different period, Fixmara repairs include a 30-day warranty from the date of repair completion. The warranty belongs to the customer and device shown on the receipt and is not transferable.
Some specialist work, products or parts may have a different warranty. We will identify this on the quote or receipt before you approve the work.
What is covered
- A defect in the replacement part installed by Fixmara.
- A problem caused by Fixmara's workmanship.
- The same agreed fault returning during the warranty period for a covered reason.
If our inspection confirms a covered claim, we will repair the covered issue or replace the covered part without an additional repair charge.
What is not covered
- New impact, cracks, bending, crushing, liquid exposure, corrosion, fire, heat or other accidental damage after collection.
- A different or unrelated fault, including a pre-existing fault not included in the approved repair.
- Normal wear, cosmetic change or expected battery capacity decline.
- Software, account, network, carrier, accessory or third-party service issues not caused by our repair.
- Loss, alteration or corruption of data.
- A device opened, modified or repaired by another party after our repair.
- A removed or altered serial number, IMEI, repair label or tamper indicator.
Liquid damage and complex work
Liquid damage, corrosion, logic board repair and data recovery are best-effort services. Damage can continue to develop after cleaning or repair and may affect multiple components.
These services are not covered by the standard 30-day warranty unless a specific written warranty appears on your quote or receipt. A replacement part installed during the work may still have its own stated coverage.
Replacement parts
Part grade and relevant characteristics will be disclosed where applicable. A part will be described as genuine or original only when that description is supported. Compatibility, refurbished and third-party parts can perform differently from a new manufacturer part.
A warranty replacement does not restart the original warranty period unless we state this in writing. It continues for the remaining original period or any longer period required by law.
Product warranties
iPhone, MacBook and iPad: 1-year Apple limited warranty
Eligible new units carry Apple's one-year limited manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The period runs from the original retail purchase date, subject to Apple's terms and the unit's verified coverage. We confirm the applicable coverage and purchase documentation before payment.
For pre-owned, previously activated or refurbished units, confirm the remaining Apple coverage, if any, and any separately stated store warranty. Buying a pre-owned unit from Fixmara does not restart Apple's one-year period. Service availability may depend on the country of original sale and Apple's eligibility requirements.
Apple accessories: 1-month Fixmara store warranty
Apple accessories purchased from Fixmara receive one month of store warranty from the purchase date on the Fixmara receipt. This includes adapters, cables, chargers, Apple Pencil and accessory items. Separately sold replacement AirPods ear tips are accessories; they are not covered by the three-month AirPods device policy.
AirPods: 3-month Fixmara store warranty
AirPods devices, including AirPods Pro and AirPods Max, purchased from Fixmara receive three months of store warranty from the purchase date on the Fixmara receipt.
What the store warranty covers
The store warranty covers functional defects under normal use that are confirmed by inspection. For a covered claim, Fixmara will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate to the fault and availability. The assessment and proposed resolution are explained before work proceeds; an immediate replacement or refund is not automatic.
Physical condition and exclusions
- Damage caused after purchase by drops, impact, cracks, bending, crushing or other accidents is not covered.
- Damage caused by liquid, corrosion, misuse, improper power supplies or operation outside the manufacturer's instructions is not covered.
- Normal wear, cosmetic wear and normal battery ageing are not covered; a suspected manufacturing defect can still be assessed.
- Damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair, and loss or theft, are not covered.
Please check the product's physical condition on collection and report any existing defect promptly. A defect present when supplied is assessed separately; the exclusions above do not automatically reject a manufacturing defect or remove applicable consumer rights.
Keep your purchase receipt. Product identity and, where available, the serial number must match the purchase record. The condition and warranty for the exact item are confirmed before payment. For product categories not listed above, request the applicable terms before ordering.
These store warranties are provided by Fixmara, not Apple. They do not replace or shorten any Apple manufacturer warranty that remains valid, or rights available under consumer law. Apple decides claims under its own warranty. See Apple's iPhone and iPad warranty terms, Mac warranty terms and Check Coverage.
How to make a claim
- Contact support@fixmara.com or our WhatsApp within the applicable warranty period. Describe the fault and, if helpful, include photos or a short video without personal data.
- Provide the purchase or repair receipt and the product's serial number where applicable. Bring the product and any included accessories relevant to the fault.
- Allow us to inspect the product and reproduce the reported fault. We explain whether the claim falls under Fixmara's store or repair coverage, or needs to be handled under Apple's manufacturer warranty.
Assessment of a claim under Fixmara's store or repair warranty is free. If the issue is not covered, we explain the reason and request your approval before any paid work. No paid repair proceeds without approval.
Data and device access
Back up your data before any warranty inspection. We may need a passcode to test the original repair. You may decline, but this can prevent us from confirming the claim.
Fixmara does not guarantee the preservation or recovery of data. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Manufacturer warranty
Fixmara is an independent repair business and is not an Apple Authorised Service Provider. An independent repair or non-manufacturer part may affect a device manufacturer's warranty or service eligibility. Ask us about the proposed repair before approval if this matters to you.
Your consumer rights
This policy is additional to rights and remedies that apply under Indonesian law. Nothing here excludes or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Indonesia's Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.
