- Short battery life or unexpected shutdowns
- Tell us when it happens, how the phone is used and whether the battery was replaced before. We assess the reported symptoms rather than assuming every power issue needs a new battery.
- Unreliable charging or a phone that will not start
- Bring your usual cable and adapter if charging is also a problem. We check the charging path and distinguish battery faults from accessories, the port or board-level issues.
- A swollen battery or a lifting screen
- Stop using and charging a phone if you suspect battery damage. Do not press the screen back down, puncture the battery or attempt removal. Arrange professional assessment; see Apple’s iPhone safety guidance.
Battery Health is a clue, not the whole diagnosis.
If the phone is safe to use, share the model and any Battery Health or service message shown under Settings → Battery. Menu wording varies by iOS version. A screenshot is optional; crop out personal information. We consider the symptoms and charging behaviour alongside the displayed information.
What battery will be fitted?
We confirm compatibility for your exact iPhone, the offered part’s source and condition, price and warranty before work begins. Availability is checked per model. A battery replacement will not resolve an unrelated charging-port or logic-board fault.
Battery Health and parts verification
Do not choose a repair solely on a promise of a displayed 100% reading. Battery information and service-history messages depend on the part and repair process. Apple notes that health information may be inaccurate for an unverified battery; read Apple’s explanation of iPhone battery parts. How long does replacement take?
Same-day replacement may be possible when the correct part is available and the diagnosis allows it. Ordered parts or additional faults can take longer. If you are visiting Bali or working remotely, tell us your flight or work deadline before you come; a booked visit is not a guaranteed completion time.

How much is an iPhone battery replacement in Canggu?
The guide starts at Rp450,000 for selected models. Your exact iPhone, compatible battery option and any additional faults determine the total. We confirm the quote before you decide.
How do I know if my iPhone needs a new battery?
Short runtime, shutdowns or a battery-service message are reasons to request an assessment. Battery Health alone is not a complete diagnosis. If the battery appears swollen or damaged, stop using and charging the phone and seek professional help.
Can a new battery fix a phone that will not charge?
Only if the battery is the cause. The cable, adapter, charging port or board may be involved. Bring your charging accessories so the team can help distinguish the fault.
Will Battery Health show 100% after replacement?
We do not promise a particular displayed reading or that all service-history messages will disappear. Ask about reporting and compatibility for the exact battery option offered. An unverified battery may not provide accurate health information.
Can I get a battery replaced before my flight?
Please contact us with the model and deadline before travelling to the shop. Same-day replacement may be possible with the right part and a suitable diagnosis, but stock and completion time must be confirmed.
Will battery replacement erase my iPhone?
It is not intended to erase your data, but a damaged device carries data-loss risk. Back up beforehand if safe and possible. Any access needed for testing is discussed with you; do not send passwords or private documents in chat.
What does the battery repair warranty cover?
The standard written repair warranty is 30 days unless your receipt states otherwise. It covers the agreed work subject to the policy; normal battery ageing, new damage and liquid exposure are not blanket-covered. Ask the team to explain the coverage for your quoted part.
