Cracked glass but the image still works
We inspect the glass, touch response and display underneath. Whether a glass-only repair or a display assembly is appropriate depends on your model and damage; glass-only service is not promised for every phone.
Lines, black patches or missing touch response
These symptoms need a display assessment. Tell us whether they began after a drop, pressure or liquid exposure so we can check the related connections and frame as well.
The screen is black and the phone seems off
A black screen alone does not establish a display fault. We distinguish screen problems from battery, charging and logic board faults before recommending replacement.

Choose a screen with the trade-offs explained.

Share the exact iPhone model, including mini, Plus, Pro or Pro Max where applicable. The model name is usually in Settings → General → About. If you cannot use the display, we can identify the phone during inspection. No full serial number or IMEI is needed in your first message.

LCD, OLED and compatible parts

We confirm the display technology your model uses and the options actually available. Ask about part source, condition, brightness, colour, touch response and warranty. Not every replacement option offers the same experience as the original display, and availability varies by model.

True Tone, Face ID and service-history messages

We discuss existing faults and check supported features before and after repair. Screen replacement does not automatically fix a damaged Face ID system. Some display choices can affect True Tone, brightness or touch performance; parts verification messages also depend on the part and repair process. See Apple’s explanation of display parts and service history. We do not promise that every part option will preserve every feature or remove every message.

How long does replacement take?

Same-day replacement may be possible when the correct part is available and the diagnosis allows it. Ordered parts or additional faults can take longer. If you are visiting Bali or working remotely, tell us your flight or work deadline before you come; a booked visit is not a guaranteed completion time.

The starting guide above applies to selected models only, not every model below. We check compatible parts and availability for your device. An estimate is not a fixed quote; the final total is confirmed after inspection and before you approve the work.

  1. Send the model and symptoms

    A brief description helps us prepare. Back up if the phone is safe and usable. Do not send passwords, identity documents or private photos through WhatsApp.

  2. Approve the diagnosis and quote

    We explain the part option, total and estimated timing before repair. Any access needed for testing is discussed with you; you may decline, though that can limit the checks.

  3. Review the result before collection

    We check touch across the display, image quality, brightness and relevant front-camera, sensor and Face ID functions where supported and testable. Any pre-existing limitations and the agreed repair are discussed at collection.

How much does iPhone screen replacement cost in Bali?

At Fixmara in Canggu, the guide starts at Rp800,000 for selected models. The exact model, compatible screen option and additional damage determine your quote. This is not a fixed price for every iPhone.

Can you replace my screen on the same day?

Same-day work may be possible if the correct screen is in stock and the diagnosis allows it. Send your model and travel deadline before visiting. We confirm timing after inspection; a booking does not reserve an unconfirmed part.

Will I lose my photos or messages?

A screen replacement is not intended to erase your data, but recovery or preservation cannot be guaranteed on a damaged phone. Back up first if possible. Do not send your passcode or Apple Account password in chat.

Do you use original Apple screens?

Ask for the source and condition of the specific part offered for your model. Fixmara is an independent repair business, not an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We do not label every available replacement as a genuine Apple part.

Will Face ID work after the repair?

We assess the existing condition and relevant supported functions. A screen replacement is not a promise to repair Face ID, especially if the original impact or liquid has damaged other components. Any separate work needs your approval.

Is the screen repair covered by warranty?

Fixmara repairs include a 30-day written warranty unless your receipt states otherwise. Coverage applies to the approved work and is subject to exclusions such as new damage or liquid exposure. Read the warranty policy and keep your receipt.
