Diagnosis before replacement
We inspect the exterior, reported symptoms and relevant internal connections. For display repairs, touch, brightness, colour, cameras and sensors are checked. For power faults, we test the battery, charging path and related components.
Back up your device before repair when possible. A passcode is requested only when needed to test an approved repair, and you may decline.
The part you choose changes the result
Screens and batteries are not a single product. What is available for your model, and what it costs, varies — and so does what you get afterwards. We explain the options for your specific iPhone before you decide, rather than quoting one number and sorting out the difference later.
- Display type. Panel technology, brightness, colour accuracy and touch response differ between part options. Two screens that look identical in a photo do not always behave the same in daylight on a scooter.
- True Tone and sensors. Depending on the model and the part used, True Tone and some sensor behaviour may not carry over after a display replacement. We tell you in advance when that applies to your device.
- Part notifications. Recent iPhones can display a message in Settings noting a non-original part. This does not stop the phone working, and we say plainly whether your model will show it.
- Battery health reporting. After a battery replacement, some models stop reporting full battery health data. That is a function of how Apple pairs components, not a fault in the work.
None of this is hidden from you at the counter. Deciding between a cheaper part and a closer-to-original one is your call, and it should be made with the trade-off stated first.

Before you come in
A few minutes of preparation shortens the repair and protects what matters most on the device.
- Back up if the phone still works. Repair work is not intended to erase data, but no repair on a damaged device can guarantee data survives.
- Know your model. Settings, General, About shows it. Sending the model on WhatsApp lets us check part availability before you travel.
- Send a photo of the damage. Often enough for us to tell you the likely path and rough cost in advance.
- Tell us the history. Drops, liquid exposure and any previous repair change what is possible, especially if the phone was opened before.
- Turn off Find My if asked. Only needed for certain work, and we explain why before requesting it.
Never send a passcode or Apple Account password over chat. A passcode is requested only in person, only when it is needed to test an approved repair, and you may decline.

How much does an iPhone screen repair cost in Canggu?
The published guide starts from Rp800,000 for selected models and part options. iPhone model, display type and any frame damage change the final figure. The initial check is free and the total is confirmed before you approve the work.
How much is a battery replacement?
From Rp450,000 as a starting guide. As with screens, the exact model and part option determine the final price, confirmed after inspection.
Can it be done the same day?
Many common repairs can. It depends on parts being in stock and on nothing else being wrong once the phone is open. Send your model on WhatsApp first and we can tell you what is likely before you travel.
Will I lose my data?
Repair work is not intended to erase anything, but we do not promise data survives on an already damaged device. Back up first if the phone still works. If the data is the priority and the phone will not start, say so before anything begins — see data recovery.
Is only the glass replaceable, or the whole screen?
It depends on the model and the damage. Cracked glass with a working image is not automatically a glass-only job, because the display layers, touch and frame all need checking first. We explain which option is realistic after diagnosis.
Do you repair water-damaged iPhones?
