A careful display replacement
We check the panel, display cable, hinges, camera and internal connections. If the display assembly needs replacement, the damaged unit is removed while the working lower case remains protected.

Keep the MacBook powered off if the display has severe physical damage or liquid entered the computer. Bring the charger when the power or charging behaviour is part of the problem.
Which MacBook you have decides almost everything
MacBook repair prices spread far wider than phone repairs, and the reason is construction rather than labour. The same fault on two machines four years apart can be two completely different jobs.
- Display assembly, not just a panel. On most modern MacBooks the screen, lid, hinges, camera and antennas are bonded into one assembly. That is why a screen repair starts far higher than on a phone.
- Battery bonded to the top case. On several models the battery is fitted into an assembly that also carries the keyboard and trackpad, which changes both the part cost and the work involved.
- Intel or Apple silicon. Board-level faults, charging circuits and diagnostic routes differ between generations, and so does part availability in Bali.
- Storage soldered to the board. On Apple silicon machines the storage is part of the logic board. That matters enormously if the board fails and the data is the priority.
Send the model and year before you travel. Apple menu, About This Mac shows it, and on a machine that will not start it is printed in small text on the underside. With that we can usually tell you the likely path and rough cost in advance.

Before you come in
- Back up if the machine still starts. Repair work is not intended to erase anything, but no repair on damaged hardware can promise data survives.
- Bring the charger. Charging faults are often in the adapter or cable rather than the MacBook, and we cannot rule that out without it.
- Tell us the history. Liquid exposure, drops and previous repairs change what is possible. A machine opened elsewhere is not refused, but earlier work affects the options.
- Say whether the data is the priority. Restoring a machine to daily use and recovering what is inside it can lead to different decisions during the work.

How much is a MacBook screen repair?
From Rp2,500,000 as a starting guide for selected models. On most modern MacBooks the screen comes as a complete display assembly including the lid, hinges and camera, which is why it starts higher than a phone screen. How much is a battery replacement?
From Rp900,000 as a starting guide. On models where the battery is bonded into the top case with the keyboard and trackpad, the work and the part cost are both larger. We confirm the total after identifying the exact machine.
My MacBook will not switch on at all. Is it worth repairing?
Sometimes, and diagnosis tells us which. No power can be a charging circuit, a power rail short or a board-level fault. See logic board repair for how that path is assessed. Where a repair is not economical, we say so rather than quoting for it.
Can you recover my files if the MacBook is dead?
It depends on the machine. On Apple silicon MacBooks the storage is soldered to the logic board, so reaching the data means reaching the board. We assess first and tell you honestly what the chance is — see data recovery.
Can it be done the same day?
Many parts-based repairs can, when the part is in stock. Board-level work is quoted separately and takes longer because diagnosis comes first. Send the model on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is realistic.
Do you repair keyboards and trackpads?
We assess them. On several models these are part of the same assembly as the battery, which changes the scope and cost. What is realistic depends on the model and on part availability.
